| They can but it's very hard, My husband and I lived almost 2,000 miles apart, for about a year (when we were still dating) But we visited each about once a month, sometimes we'd miss a month and sometimes we'd see each other a couple of times in one month. But I think the fact that we made it through that made us stronger! |

| It can work, but it takes effort. My s/o and myself have an ocean between us and there were definately times our relationship was strained. I moved over to his side of the ocean since it was more feasable for me to move at this point in our lives. At some point, we'll be seperated again. I'm not looking forward to that and it will be tough, but if our relationship is strong enough, it will survive. |
