First Step
If you are experiencing difficulty with placing an order, or accessing premuim member content, take the following steps. Log out of your account by clicking on "Log Out". Then quit your browser and re-open it to log in again. This should help reset your access privileges.
Trouble Logging In?
Please make sure that your browser has the ability to accept cookies. We recommend using Internet Explorer 6.0 for browsing our site for best results In Internet Explorer, you do this by following these instructions. Under the "Tools" menu, please select "Internet Options". Then click on the "Privacy" tab at the top of the screen. Please make sure your slider is set to Medium High or lower. If it says "Custom" and there is no slider, please click on the "Default" button. Please make sure you close your browser and open it again for the settings change to take effect.
LovelineShow.com uses 128 bit encryption, which is the most secure. To check what level you have in Internet Explorer, you can go to the "Help" menu and select "About Internet Explorer". On the screen that appears you will see "Cipher Strength". That needs to be 128 bit. If it is not, please upgrade your browser. You can do that by using the Windows Update feature on your start menu.
AOL Users
You need AOL 8.0 or above. We recommend upgrading to AOL 9.0. If you need to update your AOL software, you can download a newer version (free) by visiting AOL's web site here.
