|Your shopping cart allows you to select products for purchase. You'll be able to see the shopping cart on the right side of most pages. To put a product in your cart, click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page. If you're not completely sure you want to purchase a product, you can still put it in the cart and later delete it before completing your purchase by clicking on the "Remove" button next to the product in the shopping cart detail page.

Loveline uses the latest 128 bit secure encryption to process all our orders and you can confirm this anytime by clicking on the Verisign icon on the bottom right of our homepage. This will confirm that your order will be secure and that it will be protected against disclosure to third parties.
If your browser says that you are not obtaining a secure connection to Loveline, it is probably because you are using an old browser program that works only on 64 bit encryption. Also, you might be using a browser that is not supported by Loveline. At the moment, we do not support Netscape, Opera, Safari or Mozilla.
It is highly recommended that you use Internet Explorer to ensure a secure, safe and compatible transaction.
| When you are finished shopping, you can complete your purchase by clicking the "Check Out" button. First, you'll be asked to either log-in if you're a returning customer or establish an account if you're a new customer. To establish an account you'll be asked to enter your email address, select a password, and enter your name, billing address, and telephone number. Once you have an account you simply select from the shipping options noted below and enter your credit card information. After you've entered the required information, click the "Place Order" button and your done. A new screen will appear revealing your order summary and invoice page. If you are unsure whether we have your order, you may check your order status by visiting the "My Account" area.
| In the Checkout pages you will also have the option of choosing your shipping method (and view the shipping rates for your destination) and requesting gift wrapping and/or including a message to the recipient of a gift purchase. To learn more about our shipping rates, please see our Shipping Information page. If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock products, you will have the choice of shipping the order when it's complete and all the products are in-stock, or delivering in-stock products immediately and shipping the out-of-stock products separately when they arrive in our warehouse. On the Billing & Shipping Information page you will also have the option of setting up additional "Ship-to" addresses in case you wish to have your order delivered somewhere other than your home. Once you enter the additional address, you'll be able to simply choose it as your "Ship-to" address in the future and speed through the ordering process.
Loveline customers can check their order status by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT section on the upper right hand side of the homepage. There you can simply click on ORDER STATUS and find out what's happening with your order.
Please note that you will have to log into the site with your email address and password before you can access your ordering information. This is done to protect your security and privacy.
Pending means your order has not shipped yet. Most orders are processed, picked, packed, and shipped within 24 business hours. If your order is less than 24 business hours old "pending" is a normal status.
Generally there are two reasons why an order would show "pending" after 24 hours. First, if the order is for, or contains, a personalized book. Personalized books, depending on Bill's schedule, take 2 - 4 weeks. Second, if an order is for, or contains, an item that is on back order.
Our standard procedure is to hold an order until it is complete and then ship it all at once. You can however elect to have a partial order shipped by selecting the "ship as available" option on the Order Confirmation page during the order process. We are sorry but there is no way to "split-ship" once an order has been placed.
| Sometimes as part of the check-out process, we will ask you to verify certain information to ensure that you are the authorized holder of the credit card which is being used to purchase the products from Loveline. This procedure is designed to protect you against the fraudulent use of your credit card. If you receive a message indicating that there is a verification error, please carefully recheck the information you have entered to make sure it conforms to the requested information.
